Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated Jul 27, 2026

This Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and sets the rules for using the Grixo Service at https://grixo.co, operated by BOSQUE DE CANELA - UNIPESSOAL LDA ("Grixo", "we", "us"). You are responsible for everything your crews generate and do, including actions they take on connected services.

1. You must not use the Service to:

●      Do anything illegal or promote illegal activity.

●      Create child sexual abuse material or any content sexualising minors (strictly prohibited and reported to authorities).

●      Promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, self-harm, or serious harm to people.

●      Harass, threaten, or spread hate speech or discrimination.

●      Commit fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonate others.

●      Generate malware or exploits, or dispatch agents to gain unauthorised access to, scrape without permission, disrupt or overload any system, network or account.

●      Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages through connected services such as Slack, Telegram, webhooks or HTTP endpoints.

●      Infringe intellectual property or misuse others' personal data.

●      Use credentials, API keys or third-party accounts you are not authorised to use.

●      Bypass token metering, reserve/release logic, rate limits or security controls, or share accounts to evade limits.

●      Deploy agent output in high-risk or safety-critical systems without appropriate human review, testing and legal compliance.

2. Run responsibly

Agents act autonomously once dispatched. Scope what your crews can reach, review output before relying on it, don't treat generated code or actions as correct or secure by default, disclose AI-generated content where required, and follow the terms of the model providers and services your runs use.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, revoke API keys, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with or without notice, and report serious violations to authorities. We may review activity to run and secure the Service but are not obliged to monitor it.

4. Reporting

Report abuse to [email protected].
