These Terms govern your use of the Grixo website and agent operations console at https://grixo.co (the "Service"), operated by BOSQUE DE CANELA - UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company registered in Portugal under NIPC 519494210, with registered office at Avenida Atlântico 16, escritório 2.01, 1990-019 Lisboa, Portugal ("Grixo", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information, keep your login and API keys secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] about any unauthorised use.
2. The Service
Grixo lets you assemble crews of AI agents, dispatch runs from the console, on a schedule or over the REST API, watch live run telemetry, and settle usage against an append-only token ledger. Runs can connect to third-party services and models. Availability of third-party models and connectors may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service.
3. Your content and your runs
● Input: you keep your rights in what you submit (prompts, configurations, files, data). You grant us a licence to process it and pass it to the models and services a run uses, only to provide the Service.
● Output: to the extent we hold any rights in what a run generates for you, they are yours, provided you comply with these Terms.
● AI output may be inaccurate, insecure or non-original, and agents act autonomously once dispatched. You are responsible for what your crews do, what they send to connected services, and for reviewing output before relying on it.
● We do not use your Input or Output to train our own models.
4. Your API keys and connected services
You may register your own model provider keys (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, xAI or OpenAI-compatible endpoints) and connect third-party services. You are responsible for holding valid rights to those accounts and for complying with each provider's terms. Charges billed by your own providers are yours, separate from tokens spent on Grixo. We store credentials encrypted and decrypt them only inside the run engine.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Don't use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, infringing, or to abuse or attack the Service or the systems your agents reach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
6. Tokens, wallet and payment
Usage is metered in power tokens, loaded onto your wallet as one-time packs shown on our Pricing page. Nothing renews and there are no subscriptions or seats. Runs reserve tokens at dispatch and debit on settlement; a failed run releases its reserve. Every movement is written to the append-only ledger with the balance after it. Prices may exclude applicable taxes (VAT added where required). Payment is handled by third-party providers. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, software, design and the "Grixo" name are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service and all output are provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent allowed by law. Output is not professional advice, and generated code or agent actions are not guaranteed to be correct or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the AUP, or where required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes go to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal; if you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and courts of your country of residence.
